Performance RG

Gymnastrada is a festival of gymnastics which provides a chance for gymnasts to showcase their routines in a non-competitive event. There are no individual routines in gymnastrada, gymnastics is performed in the spirit of participation, fun and sharing. RGA hosts a Provincial Gymnastrada every year in the spring. Every four years, a World Gymnaestrada is held. The last one was in Lisbon, Portugal with over 25,000 participants from 46 nations! Alberta will be sending gymnasts to the next World Gymnaestrada in Dornbirn, Austria in 2007.
